Compatible next actions come from the existing HANDOFF contract and are canonicalized again from the received bytes before the receiver can continue.
Clipboard reading, sending, copying, downloading and continuing are all explicit clicks. Closing the tab ends the local working state.
Text and file bytes cross the encrypted WebRTC DataChannel. Signaling receives only temporary SDP/ICE events and hashed role tokens.
