A Capsule carries the PROJECT definition and its real local WORKSPACE objects together. It embeds the same portable FLOW/POLICY/PLAYBOOK definition contract as BLUEPRINTS, then appends verified object bytes without exporting local IDs, approvals, AUDIT history or run history.

Choose a .2xbrcapsule file. Nothing is written until complete verification and explicit restore.

Approval grants, AUDIT ledger entries, run history and WATCH state are excluded. A restored project must satisfy destination-side policy again.

VERIFIED BYTESEvery object is hashed.

The manifest is SHA-256 bound to object metadata and hashes. Import re-hashes every embedded object before any local write.

EXPLICIT PORTABILITYThis is not cloud sync.

A Capsule moves only when you download, BEAM or explicitly import it. 2XBR does not create a background project replica.
